Operator-led commercial advice shaped by work in agribusiness, real estate, digital growth, management consulting, project delivery, corporate law, market entry, and brand building.

Where I create value
I work with founders at that exact point. Together, we clarify what you are selling, identify who will buy it, build the route to reach them, and translate the strategy into actions your team can actually execute.
Law, enterprise, property, and the estate
Cyrus Anushirvan Faizi is a second-generation tea planter, business leader, real estate operator, investor, and former corporate-law professional. He has led Faizi Tea Estate as Executive Director since 2018 and operates Orhashi, a real estate and flexible-space company in Banani, Dhaka.
His experience ranges from production, export growth, property commercialization, venue operations, startup branding, direct-sales strategy, and digital audience growth to market-entry strategy, financial modelling, merger proposals, industry publishing, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance. That range helps him see a business problem from the boardroom through to execution.
